• Duration: Two, twenty-minute halves. 1 minute half time
• Halftime: 1 minute intermission between halves
• Ruleset: FIBA-based (with league-specific modifications)

Timing Regulations

• Regulation Time: Running Clock
• Stop Time Rule: The clock stops on whistles only when the game is within 10 points and under 1 minute remaining in the second half.
• Overtime:
  • Duration: 2 minutes
  • Clock: Running Clock

Timeouts

• Allocation: Two, 30-second timeouts per half
• Type: Dead-ball timeouts only
• Overtime: Teams are granted one timeout.

Fouls & Bonus

• Personal Fouls: Players foul out after 5 personal fouls.
• Team Fouls: Team fouls reset at halftime.
• Bonus Situation:
  • Bonus begins on the 7th team foul in a half.
  • Penalty: Two free throws awarded for non-shooting fouls.
  • Overtime: Team fouls reset; bonus begins on 4th foul.

• Format: Single Round Robin.
• Standings: Teams are ranked by Win/Loss percentage to determine the Top 4 seeds.

Playoffs (Weeks 8-9)

• Qualification: The Top 4 teams from the Regular Season advance.
• Week 8: Semi-Finals
  • Game A: Seed #1 vs. Seed #4
  • Game B: Seed #2 vs. Seed #3
• Week 9: Championship Finals
  • Championship Game: Winner of Game A vs. Winner of Game B.
  • Third Place Game: Loser of Game A vs. Loser of Game B.

• All registrations and deposits are final. To maintain the integrity of our league structure and venue agreements, iCross Basketball does not provide refunds, credits, or transfers for any reason.

Policy Terms

• Finality: Payment constitutes an agreement to these terms.
• Exclusions: No refunds for injuries, missed games, or player withdrawals.
• Discretion: Exceptions are made only at the sole discretion of League Management or in the event of total season cancellation.

1. The Enrollment Contract

• By submitting a registration and providing payment, you enter into a binding agreement with iCross Basketball.
• Confirmed Status: A spot is only guaranteed once both the digital registration and the full entry fee have been processed.
• Non-Transferability: Registrations are specific to the individual player and cannot be traded or sold without express written consent.

2. Financial Commitment & Refund Policy

• Final Sale: All registration fees are considered final.
• Withdrawal: No refunds or pro-rated credits will be issued for players who withdraw after the deadline, including for injury or relocation.
• League Capacity: We reserve the right to move participants to a different division or waitlist if a category is over-capacity.

3. Professional Standards (Code of Conduct)

• Official Interactions: Disrespect toward referees or officials is grounds for immediate technical fouls, e

• iCross Basketball collects personal information necessary for league operations, including participant names, ages, contact details, and emergency medical information.
• Financial Data: Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers; iCross does not store full credit card details on our local servers.

2. Use of Information

• Operational Use: Data is used to organize divisions, communicate schedule changes, and ensure player safety during events.
• Marketing & Media: As outlined in our Terms, we may use player likeness in photos/videos for promotional purposes unless a specific opt-out is requested in writing.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• Third Parties: We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information is only shared with league affiliates (e.g., TeamLinkt, insurance providers, or facility permits) as required for participation.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our participants.
